Rental Service Plans
Rental Protection Plan - $109/month
Protect your investment and provide basic tenant services with this comprehensive plan:
Monthly Services Provided
AC filter replacement (filter(s) included)
Visual inspection for leaks - interior (toilets, sinks, water heaters) and exterior (hose bibs, etc.)
Unlimited basic light bulb replacement (bulbs not included; 12’ max ceiling height)
Clean dishwasher filter
Quarterly Services Provided
Whole house smoke detector check and battery replacement as needed (12’ max ceiling height)
Biannual Services Provided
Dust removal from bathroom exhaust fans (12’ max ceiling height)
Annual Services Provided
Water heater flush
The Rental Protection Plan also qualifies for 20% off any additional home repair or installation service. Service must be scheduled during the monthly service call.
Rental Protection Plan Plus - $139/month
Receive all of the monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual services listed under the Rental Protection Plan PLUS:
6 hours of handyman repair or installation services yearly
Perfect for unexpected repairs during rental contracts or property refreshes between tenants
Priority scheduling for handyman services
The Rental Protection Plan Plus also receives 20% off any additional home repair or installation services needed beyond the 6 included hours. Additional services must be scheduled during the regular monthly service visit or while the included handyman service hours are being provided to qualify for the discount.
*Requires a 3-month minimum commitment before quarterly or biannual services are completed.
