Our plans are designed for busy homeowners, renters, snowbirds, and families supporting aging parents—providing dependable, scheduled care that keeps your home running smoothly. With flexible options and helpful add-on services, you’ll have peace of mind knowing the little things are taken care of before they become bigger problems.

  • Keep your AC running smoothly with routine filter maintenance. Service includes the cost of the filter. If your home needs:

    • 1 AC Filter Replacement – $49

    • 2 AC Filter Replacements – $59

    • 3 AC Filter Replacements – $69

    10% off any additional home repair or installation services

  • Basic Plan Add-On Services - $10/month per service

    Only available with an active Basic Plan subscription

    Add-on services include labor only; materials not included unless noted.

    Monthly Services

    • Water Softener Salt Refill (salt not included; available for an additional cost)

    • Unlimited Light Bulb Replacement (bulbs not included); maximum ceiling height of 12 feet

    Quarterly Services (Completed Every 3 Months)

    Completed after 3 months of continuous service or a 3-month subscription plan paid in full

    • Smoke Detector Testing and battery replacement as needed (12’ max ceiling height)

    Biannual Services (Completed Every 6 Months)
    Completed after 4 months of continuous service or a 4-month subscription plan paid in full

    • Reverse Osmosis Filter Replacement (filters not included but available for purchase)

    • Refrigerator Water Filter Replacement (filters not included but available for purchase)

    • Dust Removal from Bathroom & Laundry Exhaust Fans (12’ max ceiling height)

  • Basic Care Plan +$40/month

    Requires 3-month minimum commitment
