Basic Plan Plus - $79/month

In addition to the AC filter changes, Basic Plan Plus Members will also receive:

  • Visual inspection for interior leaks

  • Choice of 2 monthly services:

    • Water Softener Refill (labor only; salt available for purchase)

    • Garbage disposal clean out

    • Cleaning of dishwasher filter

    • Lightbulb replacements (bulbs not included)

All monthly, quarterly, and biannual services included with the Peace of Mind Package PLUS:

  • Exterior inspection for leaks

  • 5 hours of handyman repair or installation services yearly

  • Priority scheduling for handyman services

Ultimate Care members also receive 20% off any additional home repair or installation services needed beyond the 5 included hours.
